Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreements Each of the GACC Purchase Agreement, the JPMCB Purchase Agreement and the CREFI Purchase Agreement.Ĭountrywide Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule for which Countrywide is the applicable Seller. Mortgage Loan Agreement means the Loan Agreement, dated as July 20, 2018, between the Mortgage Loan Borrower, as borrower, Barclays Bank PLC, as lender, as the same may be further amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, subject to the terms hereof.
PMI Mortgage Loans The list of Mortgage Loans insured by the PMI Insurer attached hereto as Schedule 3. NCB Mortgage Loans Those Mortgage Loans sold to the Depositor pursuant to the related Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement by NCB and indicated as an NCB Mortgage Loan on the Mortgage Loan Schedule. GreenPoint Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans for which GreenPoint is listed as "Servicer" on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.
GACC Mortgage Loans Each Mortgage Loan transferred and assigned to the Depositor pursuant to the GACC Purchase Agreement. Park Sienna Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule for which Park Sienna is the applicable Seller. Mortgage Documents With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the mortgage documents required to be delivered to the Custodian pursuant to each Custodial Agreement.
